meningkatkan kepuasan kerja, dengan kepuasan kerja yang semakin tinggi dapat
mengarahkan sikap dan perilaku kerja menjadi semakin efektif sehingga peningkatan
kinerja karyawan semakin mudah dicapai. Lingkungan kerja perlu didukung dengan
peningkatan hubungan harmonis pimpinan dengan karyawan. Peningkatan komitmen
organisasional karyawan perlu mendapat dukungan melalui penegakan disiplin sehingga
terwujud organisasi yang tertib, serta perlunya pemberian reward dan punishment guna
meningkatkan kepuasan kerja.
