Perbedaan Kadar Hemoglobin Pada Ibu Hamil Trimester I, II dan III di Hospital Referal Suai Covalima Timor-Leste

Anemia selama kehamilan merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang umum, terutama di negara berkembang. Di Timor-Leste, prevalensi anemia pada ibu hamil mencapai 46,9%, dengan Suai Covalima menjadi salah satu daerah dengan tingkat kejadian tinggi. Penurunan kadar hemoglobin terjadi seiring bertambahnya usia kehamilan karena peningkatan volume plasma yang tidak diimbangi oleh peningkatan eritrosit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil trimester I, II, dan III. Penelitian ini merupakan studi deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Data diambil dari 80 sampel ibu hamil yang menjalani pemeriksaan hemoglobin di Laboratorium Klinik Hospital Referal Suai Covalima, Timor-Leste pada periode Juni hingga Agustus 2024. Pengukuran kadar hemoglobin dilakukan menggunakan alat Hematology Analyzer (Mindray BC-30S). Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji normalitas Kolmogorov-Smirnov dan uji Kruskal-Wallis. Rata-rata kadar hemoglobin pada trimester I adalah 104 g/L, trimester II sebesar 90 g/L, dan trimester III sebesar 65 g/L. Hasil uji Kruskal-Wallis menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antar ketiga trimester (p=0,000), menandakan bahwa kadar hemoglobin menurun secara bermakna seiring bertambahnya usia kehamilan. Terdapat perbedaan kadar hemoglobin yang signifikan antara trimester I, II, dan III pada ibu hamil. Penurunan kadar hemoglobin ini perlu mendapatkan perhatian karena berisiko menyebabkan komplikasi pada ibu maupun janin. Pemantauan kadar hemoglobin secara berkala sangat dianjurkan untuk deteksi dini anemia dan pencegahan dampak negatif selama kehamilan.
