Pengaruh Umur, Masa Kerja dan Lama Kerja Terhadap Stress Kerja Pada Karyawan di PT Starpia Tahun 2025

Efektivitas perusahaan sangat bergantung pada sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas. PT Starpia, sebagai perusahaan perkebunan, menghadapi tantangan dimana faktor usia, masa kerja, dan beban kerja diduga berkontribusi terhadap timbulnya stres kerja yang pada akhirnya dapat mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh umur, masa kerja, dan beban kerja terhadap tingkat stres kerja pada karyawan divisi produksi PT Starpia. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif asosiatif dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Populasi berjumlah 51 orang karyawan produksi, dengan sampel diambil menggunakan teknik sensus. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap stres kerja. Sementara itu, umur dan masa kerja tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan. Variabel beban kerja merupakan faktor dominan yang memengaruhi stres kerja pada karyawan. Temuan ini mengimplikasikan perlunya manajemen perusahaan untuk melakukan intervensi manajerial, terutama dalam mengatur dan mendistribusikan beban kerja secara lebih adil dan manusiawi, guna menekan tingkat stres dan mencegah penurunan kinerja serta burnout di kalangan karyawan.
