Eksplorasi Pengalaman Karyawan Kontrak di Perusahaan Manufaktur di Banjarmasin, Kalimantan Selatan

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi pengalaman karyawan kontrak di salah satu perusahaan manufaktur di Banjarmasin, Kalimantan Selatan. Fenomena meningkatnya jumlah tenaga kerja kontrak di sektor industri menimbulkan berbagai dinamika yang menarik, baik dari segi kepuasan kerja, rasa aman dalam pekerjaan, maupun peluang pengembangan karier. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode wawancara mendalam terhadap sepuluh karyawan kontrak yang bekerja pada bagian produksi dan administrasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas karyawan merasakan ketidakpastian mengenai masa depan pekerjaan mereka, terbatasnya akses terhadap pelatihan dan promosi, serta adanya tekanan kerja yang tinggi. Namun, sebagian karyawan tetap melihat sisi positif berupa kesempatan memperoleh pengalaman kerja dan relasi profesional. Studi ini memberikan implikasi penting bagi manajemen perusahaan dalam merancang kebijakan ketenagakerjaan yang lebih adil serta mendukung kesejahteraan karyawan kontrak.
