Paradoks Kecepatan dan Stabilitas: Tinjauan Sistematis Sistem Informasi Manajemen Proyek (PMIS) pada Organisasi Temporer Berkecepatan Tinggi

Organisasi temporer berkecepatan tinggi, seperti festival musik skala besar, menghadapi tekanan tenggat waktu dan risiko finansial tinggi, sehingga muncul “paradoks kecepatan dan stabilitas” antara kebutuhan eksekusi cepat dan tuntutan tata kelola. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi peran Sistem Informasi Manajemen Proyek (PMIS) dalam menjembatani kesenjangan antara integrasi data transaksional dan pengambilan keputusan strategis dalam ekosistem digital yang terfragmentasi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Literature Review (SLR) yang disintesis dengan temuan empiris dari proyek Soundsfest Jakarta 2025. Analisis dilakukan melalui kerangka siklus PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) dan arsitektur informasi Hub-and-Spoke untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas PMIS dalam mengelola ekspansi proyek dari skala regional ke nasional dengan jumlah audiens lebih dari 59.000 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PMIS berfungsi sebagai aset strategis, bukan sekadar alat operasional. Transformasi model bisnis berhasil tercermin dari pergeseran pendapatan utama, dari penjualan tiket B2C sebesar Rp3,42 miliar menjadi kerja sama sponsor B2B berbasis data sebesar Rp7,05 miliar. Namun, ditemukan “titik buta data” kritikal, di mana hanya 26% pengunjung fisik yang terekam secara digital akibat sistem guestlist dan komunitas yang belum terintegrasi. Ketergantungan pada komunikasi informal juga menimbulkan kekosongan jejak audit. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan kebijakan Single Digital Identity dan tata kelola data real-time berbasis audit otomatis untuk mentransformasikan PMIS menjadi sistem pendukung keputusan proaktif dalam mitigasi risiko dan monetisasi data.
