Analisis Faktor yang Berkontribusi dalam Kesuksesan Sistem Informasi Manajemen di Puskesmas Ujung Batu Kabupaten Rokan Hulu Provinsi Riau

Penerapan sistem informasi manajemen di Puskesmas merupakan amanat Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan Nomor 43 Tahun 2019 yang menekankan pentingnya pengelolaan data dan informasi kesehatan secara terintegrasi. Puskesmas Ujung Batu telah mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Puskesmas (SIMPUS) sejak awal tahun 2024, namun hingga kini belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi sistematis terhadap tingkat keberhasilan penerapannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat kesuksesan Sistem Informasi Manajemen di Puskesmas Ujung Batu menggunakan model kesuksesan sistem informasi DeLone dan McLean. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus interpretif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan telaah dokumen terhadap informan yang terlibat langsung dalam penggunaan dan pengelolaan SIMPUS. Analisis data dilakukan secara tematik berdasarkan enam dimensi DeLone dan McLean, yaitu kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, penggunaan, kepuasan pengguna, dan manfaat bersih. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa SIMPUS telah memberikan manfaat dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pencatatan dan pelaporan pelayanan kesehatan serta mendukung kebutuhan informasi manajerial di Puskesmas Ujung Batu. Namun demikian, tingkat kesuksesan sistem belum sepenuhnya optimal, terutama pada aspek kualitas sistem dan kualitas layanan, yang ditandai dengan keterbatasan fitur, stabilitas sistem, serta dukungan teknis yang belum konsisten. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya peningkatan berkelanjutan terhadap pengelolaan dan pengembangan sistem informasi manajemen guna meningkatkan kesuksesan penerapannya.
