Pengaruh Digitalisasi Stock Opname terhadap Efisiensi Kerja dan Akurasi Data Persediaan di Rumah Sakit PELNI

Digitalisasi dalam manajemen logistik obat di rumah sakit telah bertransformasi dari sekadar pilihan menjadi kebutuhan mendesak di era industri 4.0. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi implementasi Digitalisasi Stock Opname (DG-Stock) sebagai langkah strategis untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan kesehatan melalui manajemen logistik yang lebih efisien dan efektif di Rumah Sakit PELNI. Fokus utama penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi transisi dari sistem pencatatan manual ke platform digital berbasis aplikasi (AppSheet) dan dampaknya terhadap operasional rumah sakit. Metodologi penelitian mencakup analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif terhadap akurasi pendataan inventaris, efisiensi waktu proses stock opname, serta dampak finansial terkait pengeluaran operasional rumah sakit. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan DG-Stock secara signifikan mampu mereduksi waktu pengerjaan stock opname serta meminimalisir potensi human error dalam pencatatan stok obat dan alat kesehatan. Selain aspek teknis, penelitian ini juga menyoroti dimensi manajemen perubahan, termasuk tantangan dalam mengadopsi teknologi baru seperti kebutuhan pelatihan intensif bagi sumber daya manusia dan kompleksitas integrasi sistem digital dengan alur kerja (SOP) yang sudah berjalan. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa digitalisasi Stock Opname tidak hanya mengoptimalkan akurasi data real-time, tetapi juga memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap efisiensi biaya melalui pengendalian stok yang lebih ketat untuk mencegah terjadinya stok mati (dead stock) maupun kekosongan obat (stockout). Wawasan yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi panduan strategis bagi manajemen rumah sakit dan pemangku kepentingan dalam mengambil kebijakan berbasis data guna meningkatkan transparansi operasional dan standar pelayanan pasien secara berkelanjutan.
