Pra Rancangan Instalasi Pengolahan Air Limbah (Ipal) Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Waled

Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Waled, Kabupaten Cirebon, Jawa Barat menghasilkan limbah cair, memiliki IPAL berkapasitas 150 m3/hari. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan dimensi IPAL cair RSUD Waled meliputi dimensi unit – unit proses pengolahan serta gambar teknik pra rancangan dan mendapatkan rencana anggaran biaya pembuatan IPAL cair RSUD Waled. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu objek penelitian, teknik pengumpulan data primer dan sekunder. Hasil efluent dari pengolahan BOD : 28,35 mg/l, COD : 24,14 mg/l, TSS : 6,46 mg/l, NH3 : 3 mg/l, minyak/lemak : 6,25 mg/l, MPN coliform : 24 MPN/100ml. Kapasitas IPAL RSUD Waled di rancang untuk 400 bed dengan debit 10 m3/jam, dimensi IPLC RSUD Waled membutuhkan lahan berukuran 97,8 x 45,4 m, dengan material besi beton dan bata bertulang meliputi proses equalisasi dan barscreen, bak sedimentasi awal, anaerobik baffled reaktor, aerobik filter, kolam maturasi, dan desinfeksi mampu menurunkan parameter BOD dari 675 mg/l menjadi 2,835 mg/l, COD dari 1183 mg/l menjadi 8,06 mg/l, TSS dari 211 mg/l menjadi 4,305 mg/l, dan minyak/lemak dari 125 mg/l menjadi 6,25 mg/l.
