Abstract

PT Wijaya Mandiri Energi (selanjutnya akan di tulis PT WME) merupakan salah satu perusahaan swasta yang bergerak di bidang kontraktor penambangan dengan menyediakan jasa pengupasan tanah penutup dan pengangkutan batubara. Salah satu klien PT WME adalah PT Bara Setiu Indonesia (selanjutnya akan di tulis PT BSI) job site Sandeley, Kabupaten Paser. Pada saat ini PT WME akan membuka pit baru yaitu pit 5f dengan total cadangan volume overburden 4.001.491,46 bcm dengan jumlah cadangan batubara 654.777,66 mt. PT WME menggunakan Doosan 530-LCV untuk melakukan overburden removal dengan produktivitas total dari seluruh alat gali muat sebesar 1.032 bcm/jam yang terdiri dari 4 fleet yaitu DS-01 sebesar 268,40 bcm/jam, DS-02 sebesar 271,39 bcm/jam, DS-03 sebesar 254,31 bcm/jam, dan DS-04 sebesar 238.47 bcm/jam. Pada coal getting PT WME menggunakan unit gali muat Doosan 520 LCV-50 dengan produktivitas sebesar 218,72 ton/jam. Dari total perhitungan produktivitas tersebut, maka penambangan pada pit 5f ini akan berlangsung selama 12 bulan
