Perancangan Aplikasi Human Resources Management Berbasis Web (Studi Kasus PT. Perkasa Satria Nusantara)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan aplikasi Human Resources Management (HRM) berbasis web yang dapat mempermudah proses manajemen sumber daya manusia pada PT. Perkasa Satria Nusantara. Pengembangan aplikasi dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan SDLC model Waterfall, yang meliputi tahapan perencanaan, analisis, desain, implementasi, dan pengujian. Metode wawancara dengan skala Likert digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data mengenai kebutuhan pengguna dan proses HR di perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan data karyawan, absensi, serta laporan-laporan terkait dengan lebih terstruktur dan terorganisir. Aplikasi ini juga mempermudah pihak HR PT. Perkasa Satria Nusantara dalam mengelola data karyawan secara lebih efektif, mengurangi kesalahan manual, dan mempercepat proses administratif. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa aplikasi HRM berbasis web dapat memberikan keuntungan kompetitif dengan mengurangi waktu dan biaya operasional HR, serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih cepat dan akurat. Ke depannya, aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut dengan menambahkan fitur rekrutmen dan pelatihan untuk mendukung pengembangan sumber daya manusia di perusahaan.
