Validasi Kuesioner Pengukuran Perilaku Sebelumnya Pada Kebiasaan Sarapan Remaja

Kebiasaan sarapan merupakan faktor penting yang mempengaruhi status gizi dan prestasi belajar remaja. Pengukuran perilaku sebelumnya terkait kebiasaan sarapan memerlukan instrumen yang valid dan reliabel. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan memvalidasi kuesioner pengukuran perilaku sebelumnya pada kebiasaan sarapan remaja berbasis teori Self-Determination dan Health Promotion Model. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan explanative survey dengan desain cross-sectional pada 119 siswa SMP UNKLAB Airmadidi Minahasa Utara yang dipilih menggunakan teknik stratified random sampling. Kuesioner terdiri dari tiga dimensi: pengetahuan pentingnya sarapan (2 item), sikap terhadap rutinitas sarapan (3 item), dan praktik melakukan sarapan (3 item). Uji validitas dan reliabilitas dilakukan menggunakan koefisien Cronbach's alpha. Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan semua item memiliki nilai r hitung > r tabel (>0,361) dengan rentang 0,733-0,898. Uji reliabilitas menghasilkan nilai Cronbach's alpha untuk pengetahuan (0,751), sikap (0,748), dan praktik (0,712), semuanya >0,60. Kuesioner yang dikembangkan terbukti valid dan reliabel untuk mengukur perilaku sebelumnya terkait kebiasaan sarapan remaja dan dapat digunakan sebagai instrumen dalam penelitian dan program intervensi kesehatan.
