Indek Kepuasan dan Indek Kepentingan Masyarakat Pada Inplementasi CSR PT. EMP Energi Riau, Sebagai Bagian Tata Kelola dan Etika Bisnis Perusahaan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya lokal terhadap pertumbuhan iman Makalah ini membahas Indek Kepuasan Masayrakat pada implementasi Corporate Social responsibility (CSR) PT.EMP Energi Riau sebagai bagian pelaksanaan dalam Tata Kelola, Etika Bisnis dan Corporate Governance Perusahaan PT. EMP Energi Riau yang merupakan anak perusahaan dari holding PT.Energi Mega Persada Tbk, dalam mengimplementasikan Corporate Social Responsibility sebagai bagian keberlanjutan operasi eksploitasi dan eksplorasi minyak dan gas bumi di daerah Kabupaten Kampar dan Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu, Propinsi Riau. Hasil survei tingkat kepuasan masyarakat pada program CSR menunjukan angka Nilai Indeks Tingkat kepuasan 0,87 berarti bahwa kinerja program CSR PT. EMP Energi Riau predikatnya Sangat Baik (A), atau dinilai sangat memuaskan oleh masyarakat. Begitu juga untuk hasil survei tingkat kepentingan masyarakat terhadap program CSR PT. EMP Energi Riau, menunjukkan nilai Indeks Tingkat Kepentingan sebesar 0,97 artinya masyarakat menganggap program CSR sangat penting bagi mereka (A). Semua aspek CSR memiliki nilai di atas 0,75, artinya dipandang Sangat Penting (A). Dari Matrik Importance Performance Analysis, aspek Dampak CSR masuk ke kuadran I yaitu Prioritas Utama. Sedangkan aspek efektifitas Pengelolaan Program Sosial, Sustainability dan CSR officer masuk ke kuadran II yaitu Pertahankan Prestasi. Aspek Efektifitas Pengelolaan Program CSR dan Jangkauan masuk kuadran III yaitu Priotas Rendah.
