Perancangan Sistem E-Commerce Berbasis Web pada PT. Triplast dengan Menggunakan Framework Laravel

Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong perusahaan untuk melakukan transformasi digital guna meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan kualitas layanan. PT Triplast Industri Indonesia masih menggunakan sistem manual dalam proses pemesanan dan pencatatan transaksi penjualan, yang berisiko menimbulkan kesalahan pencatatan, keterlambatan laporan, serta rendahnya akurasi data. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem e-commerce berbasis web menggunakan framework Laravel untuk mendukung digitalisasi proses pemesanan, pengelolaan produk, dan transaksi pembayaran secara terintegrasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model Waterfall yang meliputi tahap analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML), implementasi berbasis PHP dan MySQL, serta pengujian sistem menggunakan metode Black Box Testing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dikembangkan mampu mengotomatisasi proses pemesanan, manajemen data produk, dan integrasi pembayaran melalui DOKU Payment Gateway secara efektif. Pengujian Black Box membuktikan bahwa seluruh fitur utama—login, registrasi, pengelolaan produk, keranjang belanja, checkout, dan pembayaran—berfungsi dengan baik sesuai kebutuhan pengguna dan admin. Implementasi sistem ini meningkatkan efisiensi transaksi, akurasi pencatatan data, keamanan pembayaran, serta mendukung model Business to Business (B2B). Implikasi penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan e-commerce berbasis Laravel dapat menjadi solusi strategis dalam mempercepat transformasi digital perusahaan manufaktur dan meningkatkan daya saing bisnis di era ekonomi digital.
