Menuju Identitas Digital Tunggal Untuk Organisasi Temporer: Tinjauan Sistematis Terhadap Integritas Data dan Perlindungan Pendapatan pada Acara Skala Besar

Organisasi temporer, seperti festival musik skala besar, beroperasi di bawah kondisi ekstrem yang ditandai dengan tenggat waktu yang tidak dapat diubah (immovable deadlines), generasi data berkecepatan tinggi, dan paparan risiko finansial yang signifikan. Meskipun digitalisasi tiket telah diterapkan, banyak acara masih menghadapi masalah "silo data" dan fragmentasi sistem informasi yang memicu kebocoran pendapatan serta profil audiens yang tidak akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Proyek (SIMP) dan arsitektur data terpusat dalam meningkatkan integritas data dan perlindungan pendapatan pada organisasi temporer skala besar, dengan studi kasus pada festival musik Soundsfest 2025 Jakarta. Menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus deskriptif, penelitian ini menganalisis integrasi panduan PMBOK Edisi ke-7, siklus PDCA, dan arsitektur "Hub-and-Spoke". Data dikumpulkan dari laporan keuangan, log sistem, dan audit operasional yang melibatkan 59.000 pengunjung. Hasil menunjukkan implementasi kontrol akses RFID dan basis data terpusat berhasil mencegah duplikasi tiket dan memungkinkan pemantauan arus pengunjung real-time. Sistem ini mentransformasi model bisnis dari ketergantungan tiket menjadi ekosistem sponsor berbasis data, terbukti dari surplus pendapatan sponsor 250% (Rp7,05 miliar). Namun, fase evaluasi mengungkap celah data: 74% pengunjung non-transaksional (tamu undangan) belum terdigitalisasi, menjadi titik buta kritis. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa bagi organisasi temporer dengan kecepatan tinggi, Sistem Informasi berfungsi sebagai aset strategis utama untuk mitigasi risiko dan monetisasi data. Untuk memastikan integritas data absolut, penelitian ini mengusulkan kebijakan Identitas Digital Tunggal (Single Digital Identity), yang mewajibkan seluruh partisipan—termasuk tamu non-berbayar—untuk terintegrasi ke dalam ekosistem digital tunggal guna menghilangkan diskrepansi data dan memaksimalkan nilai strategis.
