Analisa Standar Perancangan Geometrik Jalan Rel (Studi Kasus Proyek Kereta Api Bandung Raya)

Kepadatan lalu lintas yang terus meningkat pesat di Bandung Raya akibat tingginya mobilitas kendaraan pribadi mendorong masyarakat beralih ke moda transportasi umum. Kereta api menjadi solusi transportasi massal yang bebas kemacetan dan tepat waktu. Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Barat melalui Bappeda telah merencanakan pembangunan jalur kereta api perkotaan Bandung Raya dengan dua koridor utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merencanakan alternatif trase pada jalur Cikudapateuh Dayeuh Kolot, menganalisis perhitungan geometrik jalan rel untuk trase terpilih, serta mengkaji aspek jalur kereta, konflik sosial, dan efek terhadap pengembangan kawasan sebagai masukan bagi pemerintah daerah dalam pengembangan infrastruktur kereta api Bandung Raya. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Lima alternatif trase direncanakan dan dievaluasi menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) melibatkan 10 responden ahli dari Balai Berdasarkan analisis AHP, trase 2 terpilih sebagai alternatif terbaik dengan panjang 8,8 km, kelandaian 0%-10% melalui area pemukiman, tercantum dalam RIPNAS 2011 dan RT/RW Provinsi/Kabupaten/Kota, serta mendukung pengembangan kawasan strategis kota dengan ekonomi sentra industri non-polutif. Perhitungan geometrik menghasilkan kelas jalan rel III dengan beban gandar 18 ton, jari-jari lengkung horizontal terkecil 300 m dan terbesar 810 m, serta diperlukan minimum 31 perjalanan kereta api per hari dengan tonase ekuivalen penumpang harian sebesar 15.839 ton. Trase terpilih dinilai efektif untuk pembangunan jalur kereta api Bandung Raya dengan mempertimbangkan aspek teknis, legalitas, konflik sosial, dan pengembangan kawasan. Perhitungan geometrik yang dihasilkan dapat menjadi acuan dalam perencanaan teknis pembangunan jalur kereta api yang aman, nyaman, dan ekonomis.
