Pengaruh Perceived Risk dan Trust terhadap E-Loyalty Pengguna QRIS pada UMKM F&B Kabupaten Tangerang

Studi ini dirancang untuk menginvestigasi kontribusi perceived risk dan trust dalam membentuk e-loyalty pengguna QRIS pada pelaku usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) di sektor food and beverages (F&B) Kabupaten Tangerang. Penelitian ini berangkat dari fenomena meningkatnya adopsi sistem pembayaran berbasis QRIS, yang memunculkan kebutuhan untuk memahami lebih jauh variabel-variabel yang berperan dalam membentuk loyalitas pengguna di ekosistem pembayaran nontunai. Metode kuantitatif berbasis survei diterapkan dengan melibatkan 109 responden pengguna QRIS pada UMKM F&B, yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengolahan dan analisis data dilaksanakan menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak R Studio. Hasil analisis mengungkapkan bahwa trust terbukti memberikan pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap e-loyalty pengguna, sementara perceived risk tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang berarti. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) yang diperoleh sebesar 0,056 mengindikasikan bahwa kedua variabel dalam model hanya mampu menjelaskan proporsi kecil dari variasi e-loyalty, dan sebagian besar sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lain yang berada di luar cakupan model. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kepercayaan pengguna merupakan elemen penting dalam proses pembentukan e-loyalty, sementara persepsi terhadap risiko tidak terbukti menjadi penentu utama dalam konteks transaksi QRIS pada UMKM F&B. Dengan demikian, penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi pengembangan strategi pembayaran digital, terutama dalam merancang pendekatan yang berorientasi pada peningkatan kepercayaan pengguna sebagai landasan penguatan loyalitas terhadap layanan QRIS.
