Analisis Tingkat Partisipasi Masyarakat dalam Pengelolaan Sistem Drainase Sub-Das Bendung Kota Palembang

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Tingkat Partisipasi Masyarakat terkait pemahaman serta kepedulian masyarakat terhadap kinerja tingkat layanan sistem jaringan drainase Sub-DAS Bendung Kota Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dan analisis regresi linear dengan metode pengumpulan data primer berupa penyebaran kuesioner kepada 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling di tiga kecamatan yaitu Kecamatan Ilir Timur I, Kecamatan Ilir Timur II dan Kecamatan Kemuning. Pengolahan dan analisis data menggunakan program SPSS meliputi uji validitas dan reliabilitas untuk penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada Kecamatan Ilir Timur I tingkat persepsi masyarakat terhadap pemahaman (85,34%) dan kepedulian (75,61%) tergolong tinggi, namun hanya berkontribusi di bawah 5% terhadap kinerja sistem drainase. Kecamatan Ilir Timur II tingkat pemahaman dan kepedulian masyarakat tetap tinggi, namun variabel pemahaman tidak berpengaruh dan kepedulian hanya berkontribusi kecil sebesar 6,8% terhadap kinerja sistem. Kecamatan Kemuning meskipun persepsi pemahaman sangat tinggi dan kepedulian tinggi, pengaruh pemahaman tidak signifikan, sementara kepedulian memberikan kontribusi sebesar 36% terhadap kinerja sistem drainase.
