Abstract

Implementasi Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Surya (PLTS) Atap pada sektor industri merupakan salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan pemanfaatan energi terbarukan dan mengurangi biaya energi listrik. Namun, penentuan kapasitas PLTS Atap perlu mempertimbangkan kondisi sistem kelistrikan dan kelayakan ekonominya agar kapasitas yang diterapkan sesuai dengan karakteristik konsumsi energi pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis aspek teknis dan ekonomi serta menentukan kapasitas penetrasi PLTS Atap 1,75 MWp pada sistem kelistrikan PT Polytama Propindo menggunakan metode Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE). Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif berbasis simulasi dan analisis data konsumsi energi listrik. Analisis produksi energi PLTS dilakukan menggunakan PVsyst, sedangkan evaluasi ekonomi dilakukan menggunakan metode LCOE dengan mempertimbangkan biaya investasi, biaya operasi dan pemeliharaan, umur proyek, tingkat diskonto, serta produksi energi selama umur proyek. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produksi energi PLTS berdasarkan simulasi PVsyst mencapai 2.928,6 MWh/tahun. Dari aspek ekonomi, diperoleh nilai LCOE sebesar Rp739,76/kWh, lebih rendah dibandingkan tarif listrik PLN sebesar Rp1.035,78/kWh, sehingga energi yang dihasilkan PLTS memiliki biaya yang lebih kompetitif dibandingkan energi listrik dari jaringan PLN. Hasil evaluasi penghematan juga menunjukkan adanya pengurangan energi yang dipasok dari jaringan PLN sebesar 244.050 kWh/bulan dan penurunan biaya listrik sesuai dengan energi PLTS yang dimanfaatkan sistem. Berdasarkan evaluasi teknis dan ekonomi secara simultan, kapasitas PLTS Atap 2.028,64 kWp (1,75 MWp) ditetapkan sebagai kapasitas penetrasi yang dievaluasi pada sistem kelistrikan PT Polytama Propindo.
