Substitusi Kombinasi Abu Arang Tempurung Kelapa dan Abu Sekam Padi Sebagai Filler terhadap Karakteristik Marshall pada Campuran AC-WC

Campuran Asphalt Concrete–Wearing Course (AC-WC) membutuhkan karakteristik mekanis dan volumetrik yang baik untuk mendukung kinerja perkerasan jalan. Salah satu komponen penting dalam campuran beraspal adalah filler yang berfungsi mengisi rongga antar agregat dan meningkatkan ikatan dalam campuran. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh substitusi kombinasi abu arang tempurung kelapa dan abu sekam padi sebagai filler terhadap karakteristik Marshall campuran AC-WC. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode eksperimen laboratorium menggunakan pengujian Marshall. Variasi substitusi filler terdiri atas 0%, 25%, 50%, 75%, dan 100% dari total kebutuhan filler sebesar 2% pada kadar aspal optimum 6,50%. Parameter pengujian meliputi stabilitas, flow, VIM, VMA, VFB, dan Marshall Quotient (MQ). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan substitusi kombinasi abu arang tempurung kelapa dan abu sekam padi memengaruhi karakteristik Marshall campuran AC-WC. Variasi substitusi 100% menghasilkan nilai stabilitas tertinggi sebesar 1637,74 kg dan MQ sebesar 496,44 kg/mm dibandingkan variasi lainnya. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, kombinasi abu arang tempurung kelapa dan abu sekam padi berpotensi digunakan sebagai alternatif filler pada campuran AC-WC. Namun, pengujian lanjutan terkait durabilitas, ketahanan air, dan deformasi permanen masih diperlukan.
