Abstract

Upaya pencegahan virus Covid-19, Pemerintah mengeluarkan kebijakan Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat (PPKM). Hal ini menyebabkan rapat koordinasi tatap muka antar instansi di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Yogyakarta menjadi sulit tercapai. Dengan demikian dipilih aplikasi Zoom untuk menampung kebutuhan tersebut. Penelitian ini diadakan untuk mengetahui efektifitas penggunaan aplikasi zoom sebagai media rapat daring di lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Yogyakarta. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian menggunakan data sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diperoleh bahwa penggunaan aplikasi Zoom sebagai media rapat daring di Lingkungan Pemerintah Kota Yogyakarta adalah efektif.
