Prinsip-Prinsip Respondent Behavior Terhadap Anak Bolos Saat Jam Mata Pelajaran

Penelitian ini di latar belakangi pelaksanaan terhadap anak bolos di sekolah SMK N 1 Mendo Barat Metode penelitian bersifat deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, yang di fokuskan kepada pelaksanaan, permasalahan, dan usaha yang dilakukan oleh guru Bk dalam menghadapi anak yang bolos saat mata pelajaran berlangsung. Subjek penelitian adalah tiga siswa yang ada di SMK N 1 Mendi Barat. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun hasil penelitian yaitu pelaksanaan responden behavior untuk anak yang bolos saat jam mata pelajaran, karena ada salah satu mata pelajaran yang tidak siswa inginkan. Dengan adanya guru Bk di sekolah tersebut, anak yang bolos dapat di atasi dengan memberikan motivasi terhadap siswa tersebut
