Pengaruh Self Efficacy dan Knowledge Sharing terhadap Kinerja Barista dengan Perceived Organizational Support sebagai Variabel Moderasi

Penelitian ini meneliti tentang Pengaruh Self Efficacy dan Knowledge Sharing terhadap Kinerja dengan Perceived Organizational Support (POS) sebagai Variabel Moderasi pada Barista 28 Coffee di Yogyakarta. Rancangan penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasinya sejumlah 45 responden dengan teknik sampling yaitu non-probability sampling atau sampling jenuh. Data yang digunakan berupa data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari hasil wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner. Berdasarkan hasil olah data menggunakan IBM SPSS versi 23, diketahui bahwa nilai pengaruh self efficacy terhadap kinerja sebesar 0,834 atau 83,4%, nilai pengaruh knowledge sharing terhadap kinerja sebesar 0,669 atau 66,9%, nilai moderasi POS terhadap pengaruh self efficacy sebesar 0,002 atau 0,2%, dan nilai POS terhadap pengaruh knowledge sharing sebesar 0,007 atau 0,7%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa self efficacy memiliki pengaruh sangat kuat terhadap kinerja Barista, knowledge sharing memiliki pengaruh kuat terhadap kinerja Barista, dan POS sangat lemah dalam memoderasi pengaruh self efficacy dan knowledge sharing.
