Analisa Produktivitas Excavator dan Dump Tuck pada Pekerjaan Timbunan Random Proyek Bendungan Jragung

Setiap pekerjaan konstruksi sangat memerlukan bantuan alat berat tidak terkecuali pekerjaan timbunan bendungan. Adapun faktor-faktor yang perlu diperhatikan dalam pemilihan penggunaan alat berat adalah lokasi dan jenis pekerjaan yang akan dilaksanakan, fungsi dan jenis alat berat yang akan digunakan seperti untuk menggali, mengangkut, menggusur, atau meratakan. Excavator CAT 320 GC memiliki produktivitas per hari 548,57 m3, excavator Komatsu PC 200-8M0 produktivitas perharinya 486,76 m3, dump truck Hino 260 TI memiliki produktivitas 102,40 m3 dan dump truck Hino 500 FG 235 JJ produktivitas perharinya 88,90 m3. Jumlah alat berat efektif adalah 1 excavator CAT 320 GC, 1 excavator Komatsu PC 200-8M0, 6 dump truck Hino 260 TI dan 5 dump truck Hino 500 FG 235 JJ. Alat berat yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan pekerjaan timbunan random sesuai dengan target adalah 5 kombinasi yaitu 5 excavator CAT 320 GC, 5 excavator Komatsu PC 200-8M0, 30 dump truck Hino 260 TI dan 25 dump truck Hino 500 FG 235 JJ.
